Wella Color Touch Emulsion Developer 1 Ltr 6 Vol & 13 Vol

Wella Color Touch Emulsion Developer is a dedicated cream activator formulated specifically for use with the Wella Professionals Color Touch demi-permanent hair colour range. Because Color Touch is a low-commitment, ammonia-free hair system, it relies on this gentle emulsion to activate its multi-faceted pigments and deliver high shine without dramatically lifting the hair's natural base colour.

Key Characteristics:

• Consistency: It has a thick, creamy lotion texture that creates optimal hair adhesion and a drip-free formula when mixed.
• Application Flexibility: It can be safely applied to both damp (towel-dried) hair for soft, diffused results, or dry hair for maximum saturation.
• Mixing Ratio: The standard preparation requires a strict 1:2 mixing ratio. For instance, you would mix 30g of Color Touch cream with 60g of the emulsion developer.

Available Strengths & Differences

Unlike standard permanent peroxides Wella Color Touch Emulsion, only comes in two distinct, gentle strengths:

1.9% - 6 Vol   Global glossing, pastel blonde toning, refreshing existing colour, and gentle colour deposits.

4% - 13 Vol   Richer tone depth, punchy/vibrant red deposits, blending grey hair (up to 50–70%), and the Color Touch Plus line.
