Wella Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer is a professional cream peroxide designed to pair with Koleston Perfect, Illumina and Blondor lighteners. It provides accurate and even application of hair dye. The result is always an even and perfectly shiny finish.

Available Strengths and Uses:

1.9% (6 Vol / Pastel): Best for gentle pastel toning, glossing, or color balancing on pre-lightened hair. 4% (13 Vol): Ideal for coloring hair to the same depth, going darker, or achieving deeper results on natural hair without grey coverage. 6% (20 Vol): Used for standard grey coverage, lifting the hair 1 to 2 levels, or darkening. 9% (30 Vol): Formulated for lifting the hair 2 to 3 levels. 12% (40 Vol): Provides 3 to 4 levels of lift (up to 5 levels with Special Blonde shades).

Mixing Guidelines: Standard Ratio: Mix 1 part Wella Koleston Perfect color to 1 part Welloxon Perfect developer (e.g., 57g color to 57ml developer). Special Blondes: Mix 1 part high-lift color to 2 parts developer (e.g., 57g color to 114ml developer). Lighteners: Mix between 1:1.5 and 1:2 with Blondor powder depending on the application technique. Application: Always blend in a non-metallic bowl using a whisk or brush until smooth and creamy.
