L'Oréal Professionnel Oxydant Cream Developer is a permanent hydrogen peroxide activator formulated specifically for use with L'Oréal’s classic permanent hair colour lines, such as Majirel and Inoa (specifically the Inoa Oxydant variant), as well as their Platinium and Maji-Blond lightening ranges. It contains a stabilizing buffering system that ensures an even, controlled release of oxygen throughout the processing time.

The Three Available Strengths:

These higher-volume developers are designed for permanent changes, meaning they can simultaneously lighten (lift) natural melanin while depositing new artificial pigments:

• 20 Volume (6%):
• Best For: Standard permanent colouring, darkening hair, or lifting up to 1 to 2 levels.
• Grey Coverage: This is the industry-standard strength required for 100% grey and white hair coverage.
• 30 Volume (9%):
• Best For: Moderate lifting and creating vibrant results on darker natural bases.
• Lifting Power: It lifts natural hair by 2 to 3 levels, making it ideal for moving from a brunette base to a light brown or dark blonde shade.
• 40 Volume (12%):
• Best For: Maximum lifting power and high-blonde formulations.
• Lifting Power: It lifts natural hair by 3 to 4 levels. It is typically reserved for high-lift colour lines (like Majiblond) or specific off-scalp bleaching techniques.
